I've got 3 jobs going through (big post houses) were they said my all my rushes took 3 days to convert to DPX!!!

And in my home office the same drive took me 3.2 hours! and transcoded into beautiful neutral log colour space files. There transcoded was all Rec 709, contrasty over saturated mess...

Oh man if I had a penny for every time a post house didn't know that DPXs should be Log...

Still waiting though for my first sRGB encoded EXR... I know it's just a matter of time.

Thanks to all the attendess. I had a great time. Love this stuff! I also look forward to future webinars where we can expand on / investigate particular areas.
I've toyed with the idea of a dedicated RED blog where I could post projects, shoots, assets, tips, etc.
Not sure if that will happen or if I'll end up posting on an existing blog such such as the Premiere blog, but I will keep you all posted.


I will definitely be more active on the forums and I look forward to working with you all.
