They're geared more towards Resolve than anything else, but the general concepts apply to everything involved with color management. Both provide a lot of the overall fundamentals around color management, HDR, SDR, and how everything ties together. Dolby Labs has a lot of free seminars and tech papers on Dolby Vision, and a lot of that encompasses color management (on set and in post):
