  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

96 fps...

Always felt Nikon lenses were better for landscape and Canon for shooting Humans. Something about the color shift to the green, blue (colder?) of Nikon lenses vs tthe warmer tone of the Canons...

Jim,

Hope you don't have to leave too soon ... But hearing "Isa Lei" makes me cry every time..... Enjoy......

Bula Vinaka

Beautiful here... people and landscape. Often makes me wonder what the rest of the world is thinking.

Looks so serene, would be nice to see such blue oceans again in person. Enjoy, I will brush up on my Fijian... (probably messed that up)... Send more if you get a chance, thank you for sharing what you did already!

Best with warm regards.

- Paul.

Just one of the tricks of the Epic/Scarlet... it really doesn't matter. You can be a Canon guy and a Nikon guy all at the same time :)

Very true! I'm just a bundle of colored paper away from it ;) and mainly because of the nikon mount you guys created... can't wait to extend my own collection.
only hurdle is the decision: save up for EPIC or spend it on lenses again (and again and again...)

Well, some of us are thinking that you have invested personal wealth and possibly even some health in creating the fat RED line (of products) and you are deserving of this time and place you are enjoying. But because of your creations, many of the rest of us are at the point you were at back in '06 in our own creation and building process.

But what a great place to unwind and recharge... inside of one of those famously beautiful National Geographic Magazine pictures.

Jim,

Bula! Vanuinui vinaka ki na siga ni kua!

Oh Great! First Jim, now Gibby have gone all Fiji on us. All we need now is for Jarred to succumb to the island ways and we'll be reading menus in Fijian when the next firmware update is released. (Crap! Learning camera vernacular was bad enough...soon I'll have to learn it in a different language.)

Gotta love that someone would build a camera company and revolutionize the industry just so he could have the camera of his dreams to take with him on vacation.

How lovely... look how clean and clear that water is!

Just on a slight tangent... I know an Israeli guy who has been made a a chief of a village, or island on Fiji. He also has the worlds largest collection of Japanese erotic art. Interesting guy.
