  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

96 fps...

The the island is beautiful. Is that amazing lone rock in the lagoon part of "Jannard Island". I could do a whole fine art video production around that place. I'll understand if you never come back.

Hi Jim! never thought about creating some sort of Dr Evil-secret Red HQ in Fidji?? with a huge front window from which you can watch all those Dragons flying toward us??.. jeje.. are those pics from a Dragon sensor??? ;)

Jim,

Great to hear you in the "wilds" again. It is remarkably healing!

Yes indeed! 5K , 96FPS with Nikon glass is my receipe, tooooooooo!

I wish I could load a field shot! The Red Nikon Ti rocks!

Best,

Kennan & Karen Ward

Wow! Looks like one of the most amazing places in the world captured beautifully! Looking forward to the motion...

I am in love with the high-rez/high-speed capabilities of EPIC. Still seems like magic to me :)

Bula Jim!

Bula Jim!

And who would guess that as a Commercial Filmmaker that I am now getting into the Print business in a big way because of my Epics and Red Ones... Thank you for all the opportunities. Sincerely. :)

Hehe. You too Jarred? It's nice if you're able to switch the collection that fast ;)

These images are just wonderful. Makes me want to leave right now! Beautiful work Jim! Hope to be able to get to 96fps @ 5K sometime soon! :)

Nikon G primes are some of the finest lenses ever made. Im glad to see Jim shooting with them.

The lenses used were never mentioned... Just that a Nikon Mount was used. :)

When are we having a Kava Ceremony at RED? ;)

Just one of the tricks of the Epic/Scarlet... it really doesn't matter. You can be a Canon guy and a Nikon guy all at the same time :)
