6FPS Dead pixels

We were shooting some test footage today with a black background and noticed a 6 fps there were very obvious blue pixels scattered around. No problem at 24 or even 75. Yes we did a black shading when we loaded the last firmware (build 15 latest release).
Just wondering if anyone has seen this, we will do another black shade later to see if they go away.
Otherwise some great looking pix coming out of it.

Yes, longer exposure times can result in such problems. However, there could be other sources also.
