Have you ever heard about Johnathan Goodwin and his electric/turbine 2005 H3 Hummer hybrid project?
He was promising 600 horsepower, 60 MPG, zero to 60 in five seconds, burning biodiesel,... all that for 5,000-pound vehicle. Well it was back then 2007, wonder when he is now. :shiftyph34r:

I think it'd be great if we see a RED documentary in a few years. Pretty much a video/movie/documentary about how RED came to be along with stories from different RED Team members. It may be too early to make one now since overall, its still a new company, but give or take 10 years, I think it'd be a great way to see how the company has grown and share with the world (aka people not on reduser.net) on the revolution that RED has brought onto this industry.

Hi jimm i got some stupid questions abt scarlet and epic.. is there any chance to improve design???? seems there are somany buttons on module's etc so hope it will be more user friendly lol ( heheh am soo selfish)

There will be an "auto-everything" button and a "run/stop button". You should be OK.

When you're moving fast on a set buttons are better than menus. It's good to have direct access to a lot of functions. Ideally all buttons would be programmable.

Haha you should add smile detection instead of the run/stop button, that's the future !:tongue:
And you don't really need the "auto-everything" button, as you shouldn't be allowed to go into manual mode anyway...
I really hope you will add a 1000x digital zoom, too, all the other cameras have it...

Seriously, a reasonable digital zoom like 2x (16x total) would be a good idea, since 3K would still have something like 720p resolution.

Beg to differ... Graeme's demosaic magic yields over 2K of resolution (measured) from 3K acquisition. Read several tests that have demonstrated his magic on the RED ONE.
