Upon restart after installing the latest firmware (6.0.35) the screen went blue, menus still visible. I blackshaded, still blue - then rolled back to the previous firmware - STILL blue. Everything was fine beforehand, so I am scratching my head trying to figure this out. Anyone experience this or have any advice?

Never had that problem.. Have you tried new cable? All problems I've ever had with monitors have always been caused by the cables...

Hello ,
Same symptom of malfunction .
Tried 5 different LCD cables ( works perfectly with other Red Touch ) - same defect.
Any idea ?
Thanks

I have sent along to firmware team to look into...[/QUOTTE]
This is an amazing level of concern and the kind of rapid response that one rarely sees, from similarly sized companies, where upper management takes a hands on approach like this.

I do feel that owning RED products has peculiar and tangible benefits...to the good.

Thank you very much

Hi Joseph & Malk,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your 5.0" Touch LCDs.

Could you please submit a Technical Support request on SUPPORT.RED.COM and attach the log file from this camera? We would like to get your log file information to our Engineers for further analysis.
