  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

4.7" Weapon Touch LCD

Love me a 5'' Monitor very cool been overdue for an Upgrade

NICE!

Do you guys happen to have a picture of this thing mounted on an Epic? Just curious to see what it looks like.

Will you make 2 models like 7'' version Weapon and just plain Touch?

love the size!!! Price is not to bad either anything to make my Rig lighter is a must/plus!!!

With Lemo Adaptor and cable, also can be used on SCARLET DRAGON plus both EPIC and SCARLET M-X....

Weird question, but could you use it with the Red One too or is the Lemo adaptor itself not compatible?

Would you consider making a LCD monitor Hood? I would love to see RED written on it instead of another brand :)

heh heh that was just for you.. seriously.. when I was shooting that shot I told myself... "Damn.. I bet Jacob would love it if I put a little light on that side :) "

haha. i'm with Jacob on this one! stoked to see what you've got developed for a Weapon SH. :D

Whether it's RED or a 3rd party, this little LCD seems like an excellent candidate for a flip down/snap on hood/loupe rig. Imagine a tapering carbon fiber "hood" that extends about 5 inches from the surface of the screen and has a hinge about halfway that holds the magnifying optic (loupe).

With only one accessory, you now have 3 options:

1) bare monitor
2) monitor with hood (loupe and more tapered portion of the hood folded back at the hinge)
3) monitor with loupe that can be used like an EVF.

I'm considering this.
Are you still happy?
What about nailing focus and touch experience responsiveness, compared to original 5'?
Thanks

I love this little monitor. Incredibly light. Low power consumption. Great for small setups or as an Auxiliary 2nd monitor. Great on Gimbals. Keeps inside the profile of the camera so you can fold it down and carry it super low key. And the most affordable monitor we have ever made.

recently bought a 7", and i love it as well. Even with the brand new scratch all the way across the panel. Any way these can be made scratch proof in future?
