3ality TS5 with Epics not syncing at 96fps!

Hello all... I really hope someone can give some info on this issue I'm having with the 3ality TS5 rigs and Epics (on firmware 4.0.18) We're trying to shoot at 96fps but the Epics aren't syncing up .... (the SYNC indicator on the monitor is red)however, our rig tech said that on a different show he was on last year, he was able to shoot with the same rig with Epics synced up at 96fps (on earlier firmware 3. something .... he forgot the exact firmware).... can anyone help shed some light on how to get our rigs working and syncing at 96fps?is this a firmware issue? much much thanks....!

I thought they only could get sync up to 75 fps? We did a shoot last year in Tonga and 75 was max,

Make sure the camera has been black shaded. The calibration map should indicate HS.

Also, please check your format. 96 FPS is available at 5K 2:1 and below.

You must also have your monitor control set to an evenly divisible multiple of your frame rate, or to auto for both brain HD-SDI and LCD. Many gotchas with 3D synced EPICs at high frame rate. Use a Denecke 3D SB-T for best results.

The above info is a must for HS syncing. Be sure to check the footage for sync after in a computer, the SIP can't tell you at high speed frame rates with high enough confidence whether the shots are in sync.
