4 hours...2 dazzling young actors (my sons)...4 more hours to edit. That's it. Little color correction on this, so don't kill me on that.

I wrote, directed & edited. Vernon Rudolph shot.

Red One
RED 18-50 lens, other than the last shot which was the RED 300 prime
1-1K Arri
1-Joker 800 HMI outside through window

Enjoy. :-)

At first...
I didnt't know what to expect...

After seeing it...
loved it!!!

Congratulations!! Great work!!

Thanks, guys. I wish I could say working with kids as actors is easy...but it's not even close! I am lucky...my older kid even ad libbed the "nice place" line. Pretty funny stuff...and RED sure makes it more fun than just shooting HD.

Kevin, this is really great. I did a similar short a while back with my cousins who were playing two old crabby guys sitting around talking nonsense about politics. They were 9 and 12 at the time. It was shot on (cough...cough) minidv, so I'd never show it.

But this was great because it was shot on Red, the kids nailed it, and you did a nice job editing. What better way to spend a day, making movies with the kids. I'm looking forward to the next one.
