  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

16gb CF problem

I had a similar problem and had to change the CF reader again, so I'd still recommend contacting RED.
Every once in a while a card will refuse to mount unless the camera is rebooted.
 
I've had some problems with the CF cards too. Thought it was a faulty reader and replaced it but the cards sometimes still wouldn't mount so the camera got sent in for repair and it turned out that there was a damaged internal cable.
Now they work like a charm.

Also, I would recommend buying the RED Compact Flash Reader since there has been some problems with some of the cheap usb readers out there.
