  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

13th responses here...

Not sure whether to go to sleep tonight? Currently midnight Nov 12 here in Kamloops BC. Looks like some of us were right on spec about "totally modular..."
Very excited! Things are gonna explode tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cal L

um.. i wouldn't goto sleep anytime soon...

Lol, anyone else glad this thread isn't a 900 number? :-)

Never thought you would wait til morning, you guys have been up working til 2 or 3 AM for the past 3 weeks so why not go all out tonight?

I live about 10 minutes away from RED HQ, I'm so tempted to drive down there right now and see how many cars are there/how many lights are on hahaha

Wow!

"Scarlet® and RED EPIC® are part of the same DSMC system."

This is very exciting. It feels like we're attending the birth of something new.

DSMC was real al alonf, and now... but it was all the same thing!!! That means... that I could buy a Scarlet and end up eventually upgrading my way up to an Epic... ???

So sweet.. all while retaining a working camera, but slowly getting bigger and better!

Yea, you guys are going to spill the beans. No way Jim can go 7 more hours. i dare ya Jim!!!

It looks so nice just to watch it, that you almost want to buy 2 of each. One to be watched all day and never be touched to not alter its purity and the other destined to live the life that the Gods of Mt Red Olympus have planned for it.
That is so far, based on the few pictures, a very nice peace of art :w00t:
Hats of to the product design team

more scarlet to stay awake...

Instead of working on cars, we can start working on cameras...

Hope it isn't an expensive hobby! :}

The fun does indeed begin. This reminds me of that morning at NAB a couple of years ago, the crowd of familiar and not so familiar and would become familiar faces.
