  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

13th responses here...

If you brighten the image, you can almost make out the lettering in the reflection of the Red logo on the lens. Almost.

I have my TDAmeritrade checkbook out now!

like i said ... DSMC/Scarlet/Epic ... all the same camera with different modular pieces.. DSMC is probably the same imager as Scarlet but with the camera grip as seen in the latest pic.

lol, The prototype looks like something from around 1910. it's amazing how time flies.....

JIM...........another bone please!

thank you

The lens mounts on the DSMC pic and the scarlet pic are different, I think? Maybe they're still 2 separate products?

so i'm thinking green pepper, black olive, sausage and pepperoni. Seriously, who's in? Colorado can't be that far away- 30 minutes or less, right?

wow, this modular thing isn't just a bunch of stuff in a row on a rail, it's a way to make it a whole different feel with different pieces

another new one...

How do we know that isn't Scarlet with something like the accessory handle concept shown a while back?

Other then the lens mount? There is also a little red button with a scroll wheel underneath, which is more of a typical configuration for a dslr then video. Besides accessory handle would stand away from the body, here it doesn't and on and on and on..

get some jalapenos

pick your imager, pick your lens mount, pick your control interface, pick your media, pick a couple more things and you got your DSMC/Scarlet/Epic

I have homework to do...but I simply CANNOT leave! If that is indeed Scarlet, the lens looks VERY removable! :}

I am hooked...oh God, am I hooked...
