I wonder if Vladimir Putin has ever had a poutine.
Ironically ... the 13th is my wife's official "due date" (having another boy) but I fully expect the dude to come out early in time for Jim's announcement.
Besides ... I am hoping to avoid refreshing REDUSER.net on my iPhone while she's in labor ...
excitement all around - bravo Team Red!
SCARLET would be a cool name for a boy..

As do I. I already feel like I am apart of it, even without owning anything of theirs.![]()

His name actually is a double whammy. In my part of the world, "Putin" is pronounced like "poutine", plus it is spelled exactly like the French slang for hmmm "lady of the night". No disrespect intended...just one of those silly things.

As mentioned earlier Poitín (Pronounced "Putcheen" or "Putteen") depending on what part of Ireland your from is an illegal spirit or moonshine to our friends on the other side of the big pond.
It's not exactly illegal. I had Poitin served in a pub in Ireland, County Donegal. My friend and I asked for it and they told us we had to go around back to get it. We stumbled around the narrow gully between the pub and a rocky hillside, until we got around to a little double door. The barkeep opened the top half of the door and served us two shots on the bottom half. Thing was, it was just the back of the bar. The whole pub, including the police constable could see us.
Totally off topic. But true.
I highly recommend the northwest coast of Ireland.
