    Scarlet Diag since RED no long services?

    After having my Scarlet for a few months, I'm finally annoyed that it wont record audio! The previous owner mentioned that it might have a broken preamp, but I'm not sure what the situation is. Is there anyone in the US that is able to diagnose these old DSMC1 bodies?
