Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)
As I've moved more and more into verite doc production, I'm unfortunately finding fewer opportunities to shoot with my RED. I've been in the ecosystem since Scarlet, so this is a tough goodbye!
I'm open to reasonable offers. I'd prefer to sell as a package but am willing to split up for the...
I have a Teradek RT Smart Knob in great condition with a DTAP power cable. I only used it a handful of times and found it didn't really suit my operating style. The smart knob can work on its own with electronic EF lenses or on any lens in conjunction with the Teradek MK3.1 receiver and gears...
I'm shooting a few days for a low budget indie feature that was primarily shot in India. Because the stuff taking place in the US is a completely different part of the story, they're letting me make the call on glass, and it seems like a great opportunity to give these lenses a test run. If...
Rented out my Gemini this week for a shoot and the steadicam op reported a few issues I haven't dealt with before. Any thoughts on what may have caused these problems?
"To begin the day, the RED Gemini 5K camera was acting strangely. The LCD display screen repeatedly changed from it’s typical...
Anyone have experience using any of the Kippertie Diffusion OLPFs (specifically the Carbon 1) with the Gemini? I'm shooting a feature in February and would love to take off the digital edge a bit without having to worry about stacking filters, constantly changing densities, etc.
If anyone has...
I shot some interviews recently in R3D/ProResLT and am trying to figure out the workflow for importing the files into Premiere and/or Avid.
In Premiere, when I navigate via the media browser to the folder containing my RED clips, the R3D shows up (single clip, as expected), but the ProRes files...

Upgraded my Epic to Gemini, and have a bunch of accessories I no longer need. Can provide pictures upon request. In general there is some cosmetic wear, but everything is still in fine working condition. Buyer pays shipping and PayPal fees.
-SOLD- Side Handle (with original...
Anyone have any thoughts/reviews of any of the three above? Looking for some combination of I/O and XLR inputs.
It seems like the Tilta B1 https://tilta.com/shop/tilta-for-red-weaponscarlet-wraven-rig-esr-t01-b/ — is almost to good to be true, which of course makes me a bit wary. I found some...

Selling my Movi Pro Handheld Case. It's an awesome case and is in great condition, just a bit too large for me to deal with as I live in NYC and don't have a car. Prefer local pickup.

Purchased the Movi Pro and no longer have use for the M15. Selling this complete system for about a third of the cost of the Movi Pro, once you've added all the bells and whistles.
I just recently had the Movi serviced and had several parts repaired, so it's in close to new condition...

I'm not sure which firmware update changed this, but I can't seem to disable the autofocus window. In previous builds, I had "AF cycle" set to one of my keys, and when a non-AF lens was attached, pressing the key would toggle it on and off. Now I can't seem to get rid of it.
Probably a stupid...
Hey all,
While with the MX sensor I had problems with IR pollution using ND filters leading to a magenta hue, I find the opposite is true for the Dragon sensor. If I'm not using ND filters, I find the image tends to have a pretty off-putting green tint. I've attached a couple images for...
Does anyone else notice that the Dragon sensor tends to have a bit of a green shift? Whereas the MX tended to lean a bit magenta, I find that I need to set my tint to about -10 in order to get neutral results. That said, I do like the image from the Dragon quite a bit more than the MX, just...
