Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)
Adobe's success in the professional world highly depends on their ability to work with highend effects, grading and finishing tools like Scratch, Smoke, Quantel, Filmlight, Nucoda, the Foundry etc. All these companies depend on the ease of editorial material going in and out of FCP. Thats why...
1. RED MONSTRO ; Always thinking ahead is why we love Red
2. RED EPIC, IPAD MULTI CAMERA CONTROLLER' This is really kick-ass
3. RED EPIC-X RELEASE BEFORE FALL (Ted's own mouth)
4. ADOBE PREMIERE PRO CS5.5 AND AE CS5.5 EPIC 5K RMD aAND HDRX WORKFLOW

Will we see a mass exodus of FCP diehards moving to ADOBE and AVID, or will recent converts just switch back to the "AWSOME" FCP-X? Will yesterdays big announcements from BMD Resolve be overwhelmed with Apple Color-x? I'm getting my popcorn ready. The live streaming bandwidth better be good and...
Not that exciting to me since I'm an Adobe fanboy. No adobe version. "Whatever" But for you FCP bums here goes---:nopity:

watch the video. Now imagine that tool in after effects combined with the roto brush tool
I am happy report, Resolve works exceptionally well with PPro. And even better its a hell of a lot easier to use than Apple color, well after you get around the Avid style User configuration.
more to come. I'm loving it.
Colorista 2 has been announced. If the specs tomorrow don't have CUDA or Mercury supported acceleration, forget it, I'll rather save my $200 bucks for $1000 CUDA Davinci Resolve Mac.
If it is accelerated it will solve a a whole lot of problems.
