I don't have much experience with filters apart from the usual ND's and ProMist. Are there filters that give you something ... interesting? Flare wise? For example, one thing I've enjoyed was a UV filter with a deep scratch. So what about all the Glimmer stuff? Except the corny star filters...

For still shooting: Is there a way to rotate the clips in RedCineX? Will there be? I am getting cramps leaning my head on the left of right shoulder when I shot portraits with my Dragon. And / or I am afraid my (rotated) MBP will fall off the table. Jochen

Anybody here having trouble with missing audio in rendered files? I´m pulling my hair out. Audio plays fine within Reslove 10 (latest beta), also on the deliver-page. Rendering out r3d and Nikon D800 clips as separate files to ProRes 422. A few have audio, most not. Help! Jochen

Hi guys, while my RedRocket functions fine in the Sonnet Echo Pro enclosure with my MBP, it does not work on a clients MBP. First he gets an alert about Rocket#0 being in a 4 pci-ex lane slot - and RR requires an 8 lane. Then the RR simply wont work. He's on a MBP 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 with 8gb...

Is ist just me who finds the Epic's audio meter characteristics very unusual? The noise floor meters quite hight and the peaks are very sudden and ... ahm.... peaky. Not like any audio meter I have (and I have lots of them). I'm not talking about sound quality, just the visual of the meters...
