In the Tech Specs section of the Epic on the website it mentions a few acquisition formats that are not currently enabled on my Epic : 4,5K WS, 4K 2:1, 4K ana, 3k 2:1 , 3K ana, 2K 2:1, 2K ana are these still due to come in firm ware upgrades? Also it mentions 1080P RGB and 720P RGB is this with...

Is the 720p HDSDI feed working on the Epic, the reason I ask is because when I set the camera to 720p and 50Hz it does not display on my 17" Panasonic BT- LHASA 1760E monitor it just says unsupport signal. The monitor works when I set the camera to 1080p 50 Hz and it works with the 720p feed...

I am planning on getting a flight case for my EPIC and just wondered what other people are doing for theirs. As there are modules that haven't come out yet it makes it harder to design. Any thoughts?

i'm about to do an anamorphic job should i up grade my camera to Build 20 or am i still able to install Build 18 from Red Support. my camera is on build 17 at the moment as i don't like using Beta builds on commercial jobs but i need to for this one.

Occasionally the image in the EVF becomes solarized. it normally goes away after a while or with a bit of fiddling but it is the sort of thing that worries DOPs and stresses DITs. Is there any official reason why this sometimes happens.
