Wanting to get start/stop working with our WCU-4s (and AMC-1), but hoping not to have to buy an Expander module or B box. It looks like there are some 9 pin EXT start/stop cables, but not seeing one for the AMC-1 (10 pin). A 10 pin ext to the original 4 pin control Lemo (female) would work too...
