Just posted a new build for REDCINE-X.

Framing tool (fit) works for timeline now.
RKTX crop fixes are applied to it.
Timeline thumbnail not updating on rocket video output fixed.
Video player out point is now sets current frame + 1 so you don't loose the last frame.
Random Noise on line at end of a letter boxed image is gone.
Numerous Fixes related to fit/crop resolved.

And just this morning I got around to installing 96... you guys move quick!

Cool, I am really falling in love with Redcine X, can´t wait to boost it with a rocket.

I don't get how you find the time to do this while also working on building two completely new camera systems AND making lenses and accessories. You guys must never sleep.

Great, looking forward to the Windows release.

In the meantime, I'll just curl up with a good manual.

Im waiting until Build 100. (JK)

Seriously, you guys are updating faster than I can use the previous build!

Nice work Deanan, Graeme, RED TEAM.

idk where to post this, but why does this happen? It's just r3d files I downloaded to practice with. And the first time I imported it and graded it it worked fine. Then now I tried to play around with it again and it does this every time. Downloaded redcine on my imac too and it did this. I've actually downloaded probably a dozen r3d files to practice on and they all do this, once it goes staticy then it no longer works in the program.

wow, that was fast.

I'm using the windows version and really need audio quickly. Is there a way to output the R3d files with 99 and then output the the audio files another way? Say with an earlier version of Redcine-x or with the old REDcine?

Thanks

Keith

In 96 for windows, is the audio actually there but we just can't here it?

Or is it not there at all?

I don't need to hear it to grade and down-rez it - as long as I know its in the final file.

any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,

Keith

i just did my own audio test and the audio is indeed embedded in the .mov file.

Keep on trucking guys - this is looking great.

aloha,

Keith
