Jeff-You may want to hold off a bit. RED is rockin' it, but the external monitor support isn't even working yet. I wouldn't rush. That said, DVI and HDMI are nearly identical, aren't they? I thought a cheap adaptor would convert DVI to HDMI...I did that to get the output of my iMac to a LCD TV.

Yes, HDMI is based on DVI and a simple adapter or DVI to HDMI cable is all that is needed to interface the two in most cases. I was just wondering what the situation is with HDMI, DVI and 10-bit output from the RED Rocket. The installation guide only talks about DVI outputting 8-bit.

I have good feelings about the card in a Magma box on a laptop... at least for some stuff. Just saying.

I just replied my email. Hopefully getting my card next week or the following week.

This card and myself would be so busy after receiving, with giving workshop at NHK, Apple Store Ginza and at Adobe. I'm guessing by just providing workshop would pay for the price of the card.

I hope the RED Rocket will be in line for delivery to Hong Kong as soon.
