HELP!!! CS4 - are my files corrupted or...

is the new plugin buggy?

i realized that CS4 tells me that the R3D files are corrupted - and
it's crucial to get them natively into AE since we have shot on white screen and i need the raw files to squeeze the last bit out of the images...
i upgraded to the new CS4 importer yesterday - wrong?

It sounds like a conflict from previous installation.. I got "can't read" messages after my installation aswell.. Then I did a search in my adobe folder after "Red" and deleted some files that was installed with the old 1.30 installation that the uninstall seemed to miss.

Works fine here. If nothing helps, you may need a clean install…

Just in case you you're running the new plug-in with older CS4 versions... Adobe apps also need to be updated with the recent releases [version 9.02 for AE - 4.1 for Premiere] so they can work with the new plug-in.
