What kind of storage do you think the scarlet will come with?
I agree that the first image looks very similar to first scarlet
renders. I hope we can get at least 2hrs of 3k record time.

guys guess what?KINOR just posted their new DCX camera system.this monster go up to 16K,10,000 fps in HD with built in HDR VIDEO.I remember asking to Jim to think about tone mapping in hardware within EPIC.

it's nice to see modular design being talked about... just for the record, I called it on 10/30/2008:

My wildest speculations:

Scarlet and Epic share the same guts - it's the glass and modular add-ons that differentiate the price points.

Scarlet will be capable of higher resolutions/speeds/whatever through upgradeable firmware for a price. So you can turn a Scarlet into an Epic over time as your budget allows.

For the record, I love Audi buttons and miss my Audi
