Sometime ago I recall seeing that someone had figured out a good film/photography backpack to hold an assembled Red. Does anyone know/remember what that is?

As I travel all over the place and use mostly primes in photography, the back pack must be as big as allowed by air travel restrictions, so I found that the Kata HB-207 GDC Hiker Backpack, does just that, what you have to do, is take out the waiste belt, as this makes look much like a regular back pack, instead of a Hiker back pack.

How about the Tamrac 5258?
I got one based on Gibby's recommendation (thanks Gibby!). Fits RED with 18" rods. Can be used for airline carry-on, and has a laptop compartment.

Nice bags. Been debating Gibby's Cyberpack 8 for some time. Need airline carry on and even that is pushing it (yet surprisingly making it), but the Kata 207 and the tamrac 5588 certainly would not pass the 45" maximum carry-on size for most carriers.
Except Ketch said the 207 does meet the air clasification for carry on and he flies a lot.
I bought the Lowepro Vertex 300A: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/487265-REG/Lowepro_35020_Vertex_300_AW_Backpack.html
Rock solid, notebooks up to 17'', all weather cover and meets current FAA requirements for carry on bags.
But B&H states the 207 dimensions as: 15.3 x 11.8 x 25.2" - that adds up to 52.3" - 7.3" above the 45" maximum (some airlines are less). Am I mistaken with this?
