  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New RED.COM support portal

Looks good. Thank you.

Enjoying the layout and understandable quick read design.
Very helpful
whomever did this and took the time to improve it.

Thanks.

Nicely done. Mobile version will be welcome when you get 'round to it.

Nice

Looks awesome! Hope I don't need to use it. ;)

It's lovely to see how much you guys are working to improve overall usability. Previous RED.com websites have been a mess (sorry to say) but these new advances are great. I'm also digging all of the technical articles you guys are posting in the "Learn" section. So much valuable information in there! Credit where credit is due, right? :-)

This looks great!

Tony, I really appreciate this post. You are a straight shooter who will call out the bad as well as the good.

As far as the new portal, a great collaboration between our tech support team (Brad Harris and Nick G, mainly) and our RED.com team (namely Travis A, Brad Haydon, and David N).

As far as LEARN, Jarred called me about a year ago and said we need to step it up on the educational front on RED.com. Sean M our certified rock star who makes the LEARN section tick on a variety of levels.

Credit to those guys for taking the charge from Jarred and running with it.

Cool! Great work - as usual.

Just wondering "when" and "if" Reduser will be integrated in the main red.com portal.
I mean, at the very beginning of this story this was "the" Red official website, and the other one was just a web brochure.

Today I'm starting to feel a little uncomfortable with this double identity :-)

Don't get me wrong I LOVE the new Red.com functionality, I LOVE the LEARN section, and definitely like this new interface!
My personal hope is that I wish to continue to feel myself more a User than a Customer.

That said, do what you need to do with your website(s) guys. You have my bless.
