  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

DSMC Quickplate Module!

I've asked it before, I'll ask it again: Will there be any price breaks-trade in options for the suckers (customers) that bought the $1200 Red Backpack-battery plate system?

Couldn't you just see this thing having internal wiring with the DSMC quickplate at the back..

Anyone know about the +1 option?

It doesn't work for the Tactical apparently so do I need the Module Adapter?

Nope, the +1 module is a module adapter in itself, just also has an additional display and power out port, rather than just a mounting plate.

Hope that helps!

This is great, saves me from buying extra un-necessary gear :)

Thanks Alex, have a Happy New "RED" Year!

But where is it ?
There was talk about release before years end - tensed to get it, the most underappreciated module(/adapter) at all!

Happy New Year!

I look forward to this more so than the Dragon update.

Since it is attainable.

It's due February at some point, Jarred posted it, but I can't remember where now to go find it...

Found my camera.

Here is the new backpack adapter.. lets you put the backpack, or battery plate, on the back of any module ( just not the brain )

Also here you can see the HDMI cable coming off the +1

Well, this is not what I thought it would look like! I thought it would have the the battery plate and would let you power the camera WITHOUT the cable... here, obviously, you attach your battery plate to this module. Hmmm

That is just a new cheese plate to 'cap-off' the end of your DSMC system if you want I think, the V-lock power through the modules (without a cable into the DC in) is still in the works I believe :)

Any updates regarding this module?

+1

...buying them the minute they hit the store!

Jarred??
