  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Backorder Update - November 8

Is it too late to add a Lemo for the the EVF/LCD on the Quadbattery module, that would be ideal for me, Probably the shortest- lenghwise config that most people would use, I imagine

As many people tell us to add more ports to the brain there is an equal number of people that wish there were none of the existing ones on the bottom back.

Size of this module does matter :)

I'm one of those goof balls that would love both EVF and touch screen working at the same time but still maintaining the small size, the camera is still heavy even when stripped down (nice heavy)
We have found a alternative solution to secondary monitoring using SDi... but would hate to make the camera any heavier.

Regardless of that... I do so love the camera now with the PLAYBACK build.. it's so come alive, If you could only see were I have been and shot the last 6 days... you'd understand how happy I was with the camera and Playback...

I love it, My clients love it..

Not sure when I ordered mine, but some time in November. Just got the email that ours is on the way. FINALLY! Can't wait.
 
Is there any logical shipping schedule for the side handles ?
Why are they shipping orders places weeks and weeks after mine?
Sept 26th I ordered mine...no emails or any contact regarding my order??.
What gives?
 
what is going on with the side handles? why are they being shipped out of order?

seems like a bunch of us are being forgotten about. as we places our orders back in Sept/Oct
 
No one is being "forgotten" and we are going in order of order date/time stamp. A few of the reports on here as far as when you ordered are a little off. And, at least one person saying they were forgotten was already blasted that their side handle was allocated. Our backorder fulfillment coordinator will reach out to that person with a re-send tomorrow.

I'm still holding out a glimmer of hope for a Christmas miracle in which my Canon Al mount Scarlet makes it to me before I fly out to L.A. for a shoot on the 28th.

Hoping for good news when Jarred has time to make the December backorder update!
