Tomorrow ( Thursday ) the RED STORE HOLLYWOOD inside RED STUDIOS opens to the public.

You will be able to purchase product in stock and tech support, as well as drop off RED equipment for repair/eval.

The store also has an area for both Camera/Accessory and Software/Workflow Demonstrations.

Enter off Cahuenga to the left of the main gate. Open Monday to Friday 9-5.

How soon before you'll have the refurb Red Rocket cards for Sale in Hollywood?

Will you have set hours, as to plan a West Coast vacation around? Perhaps the one thing we can count on not changing, er, shortening through next summer?

Good luck with the opening!

Hmm.
Then I better start convincing my wife that our next vacation should be a trip to Hollywood :-)

You guys are doing a great job by the way!

Sorry to ask, but what does 3rd level tech support mean?

Where's the best place to park? Last time I was there, seemed like the parking is pretty much along the street curb.

The correct term is "third-tier", typically the highest level of user support in a tech support tree, which basically means you get The Red Team working on your problems. :thumbup1:
