Hey Guys,
I'm selling off my MKI Zeiss Superspeeds..
I thought these lenses had sold months back for £13k, but have been led a merry dance by the would be 'buyer.' Endless excuses and masses of wasted time. Annoyingly I have turned down several offers since as I thought they were sold.
As a result I am pricing low in the hope of a quick sale. £12k GBP Firm (Approx $18'200usd) However I would like to complete the deal in gbp. Price is +VAT for UK and EU buyers, but can be written off EU sales with an EU Vat no.
The glass is not perfect as would be expected. They have occasional cleaning marks, as well as a scratch mark on the front element of the 35mm and rear of the 50mm. The 25mm has heavier cleaning marks in the coating and there's also a small blemish on 85mm interior front element.
However with the above in mind I have shot all sorts of tests and flare tests to check for problems and everything came up beautifully with no sign of any of the marks causing problems in an image.
The issues have never caused me problems but want to provide precise detail to ensure any buyer is informed. You get wonderful images with this glass, and I'm loathe to sell but I simply need the money. Cosmetics are as to be expected with a set of used and loved vintage lenses but overall are good.
Buyers are welcome to view and test in London.
Mechanics are good. I have more images if required.
They would be a great kit for an owner-op.
Any questions please do ask.
Thanks,
Adam
