Zacuto Gratical EVF Group Buy

[Chris McKechnie]

GROUP BUY HAS CLOSED!

This EVF has the latest technology with (2) SDI ports, (2) HDMI ports (with cross conversion), a 1280x1024 display with ultra clarity and color rendition, a built in diopter, as well as an auto closing eyecup door so you don’t have to worry about screen burn like on your typical EVF.

The battery lasts about 4 hours and runs off your canon LP-E6 batteries. 3 should get you through all day. This sucker is SHARP! I feel 100% confident of pulling consistent and accurate focus.

[Stephen Mick]

+1 Oh, hell yeah!

[Chris McKechnie]

Just hit the max tier kids! Yay! Those who want to save over $1k...get your names on the list!

[Matt Doane]

Man, this is tempting. How well would this work on an R1MX? I know it would work, but isn't the HDMI/SDI output 720?

[Yean Loon]

+1 please!

That's the resolution of the screen...so you should be fine and it should look great.

Derp. Thought it was 1080. Thanks!

Well the solution is 1280x1024..so it's higher than 1280x720...I would think it would still look amazing and be incredibly sharp. It's crazy how sharp this screen actually is. The pixel density is insane.

[scott devitte]

+1 for me.

[Chris McKechnie]

Discount code starting to go out now since we already hit the max tier discount.

[Erich Roland]

ok +1

[Brian Pascale]

+1 and most likely getting a recoil as well.

[darren scott]

Hey Chris can you add "Gabrielle Blackwood" to the list please? I just spoke with her and she said she contacted you pior however her name is not on it. She's not able to use the Net right now to add it herself. Thanks

What's a recoil?

[Chris McKechnie]

What's a recoil?

Zacuto's Next Generation recoil rig is a shoulder rig system which offers quite a bit of customizability. If you're looking for a shoulder rig, I'd get in on this group buy. This savings coupled with the new discounts on the rigs Zacuto will be providing, you can have like almost $2k off, but you would want to wait to place that order until Friday, when their new rig pricing is available.

I personally have not used the next generation recoil rig, but I have used Zacuto's rigs before, and found them to be very durable.

[Stacey Spears]

Chris, how is the FOV on the EVF? Have you used the Bomb EVF before? When I look through it, the image seems far away. How does it seem/feel/look through the Zacuto? Hope my question makes sense.
