YouTube Creator

[Chris McKechnie]

Had the opportunity to put a little mini-documentary together for YouTube about a young boy's dream to become a better YouTuber Creator. It was shot over the course of a few days, had a tiny crew (First AC and Sound guy) with a lightning fast turnaround. All handheld...shot on a (loaner) Scarlet Dragon with the Skintone OLPF. Had very challenging lighting environments with every possible Kelvin temp you can imagine. Edited/quick graded in FCPX.

These are some of my favorite projects to do because of the story that lies underneath. Enjoy!

Thanks Spencer. Yea, I don't think I have ever encountered so many different lighting environments....I was having to adjust on the fly to attempt to compensate and get it close, but with a doc, you just have to roll with it sometimes and fix it later. Oh the benefits of shooting raw haha!

Really nice!

Thanks Stuart!
