Try Panavision. They have a set of Kowa Anamorphic which goes for about $300 a day. I am not sure if it is in PV or PL mount.
I do have a set of Kowa Anamorphic in PL mount but I guess Israel is quite far unless you have a long term project which will make it worthy shipping them all the way.
They are much more accessible when one is shooting in EU.

We have just tested our Kowa anamorphic lenses. They produce a great looking image. This weekend they are on a commercial shoot in Budapest. Once commercial will be released I will published a link or will put it on our web site

We tested them on Alexa Studio and Epic. Shooting on the Epic looks more practical as recording on Alexa Studio with SxS cards will only use 16:9 of the sensor and from that extracting 4:3 you loose 33%. In order to get the most out of the studio you need codex while the Epic frame is only 22% smaller then Film/Alexa Studio. The Epic also has leads compression artifacting (less banding, aliasing, etc) and the Anamorphic Bokeh actually ends up looking more film-like than the Alexa.

We have just shot a commercial with our Kowa anamorphic on an Epic.
Lenses are left in Budapest for an upcoming commercial in mid July. Contact Vision Team there if you are interested
Looks like the Epic is going very well with anamorphic lenses (I am sure Arri will come with a response for anamorphic lenses on the Alexa, heard something will be on SUP 7).
