WTB: O'Connor 1030 or 1030b/Sacthler 18 or 20

I am looking for an O'Connor 1030b fluid head with legs (or a 1030, would prefer the 1030b) or a Sacthler 18 or a 20, with legs. I am open to just the fluid head if the price is good.
