Hey there, just so you know, the longest square front made was the 80mm. They made the round fronts to 150. I think with a little custom work you could get an 80mm square to fit on a 2x extender. Traditionally, you used a rear element adapter on a 25-250 for telephoto. This of course produces none of the artifacts of a front element anamorphic. The only options would seem to be the $17k ekran 40-120 fast anamorphic zoom, Panavision front anamorphic zooms, or the Foton A 37-140 (it looks like a doubler will go on there, but how sharp it is depends on how good your foton is and how well the foton A adapter is set up.
Are you looking for rear mount adapters as well? I have a rear mount anamorphic adapter that could be affixed to many zooms or long primes that I may be interested in selling. As I said before though, a rear anamorphic doesn't buy you anything that shooting spherical and cropping gets you.
