Hey Dave, sorry that this is not about finding you an adapter, but I was just wondering if you know if the Les Bosher adapter makes focusing any easier with the old S2 Panchros? Or do you still have to focus by rotating the entire lens body?

Hey Daniel, I had one Les's adaptors. The lens barrel spins in the adaptor when focusing, just like they do in an Arri standard mount camera.

That's good, cause I tried using one of this really cheap adapters (link) and it was really tough to rotate the body to focus...

How can the entire lens turn when the Arri mount has a tongue in slot ?

With the old Cooke's, instead of having a focus ring that turns independently, the entire lens turns to focus (the mount that attached to the camera stays put).
