I'd like to mention how helpful the people at Camera Dynamics in Burbank are. They gave me some of the best customer service I've ever had. I accidentally got a 150mm ball mount instead of the Mitchell and they switched it out without a problem. They treated me like I was doing them a favor even if it was clear that they were doing me a big favor. And I got a free t-shirt on top of that, without even asking!
