I worked for Technicolor/Thomson for 20 years, and to my knowledge they hauled them all out to the landfill and bulldozed them all, then claimed millions and millions as a loss for tax purposes. It was an awful, awful camera, particularly when compared to the Panavision Genesis, the initial Red One camera, and the early Arri cameras (D20 and D21, which led to Alexa). Awful.
