Just curious, why carbon? I have yet to find any that are really good. ET nickel plate aluminum are the best bet in my opinion. Best combo of light wieght and durability. Biggest problems I have with carbon rods are lack of uniform diameter making them loose ore clunky when putting aks on and off.

Really need to get the rig as light as possible.... wih shoulder moungint and PL lenses, its getting heavy!

I bought 7 feet of carbon fiber 19mm and 15mm... from some company for $150, that made me cut downs for a a doller each and capped them for 15 cents a piece
