WTB: Arri MB-14 + Arri FF4 or O'Connor CFF1

I'm looking for an Arri Matteboxe and Follow focus. I would need them both in 19mm.

Perfect deal would be :

MATTEBOX

Arri MB-14
Swing Away Arm with 19mm rod Adapter
Top and Side Flags + Top Holder
138mm circular Filter holder to 114mm adapter ring.
Several reduction rings (95mm-87 primary, 80mm optional)

(2) 4x5.65 Trays
(2) 6.6x6.6 Trays
(6) Hard Matte 18-180

FOLLOW FOCUS
FF4 or CFF1

Base unit
(2) knobs
(1) Right knob extension
(2) 0.8" gear rings, 43 tooth and the bigger one
(1) Whip
(1) Crank
(10) Marking rings.

It would be even perfect if the whole gear fit in one single case, with a nice price of course.
I'm guessing $7500 $8500... ? but you tell me.
