P+S Technik in Germany may still have some ARRI groundglass in stock not advertised. They had one in their eBay store some time back.

ARRI ground glasses are not all compatible.

D-21 and ALEXA glasses are certainly different from one another. I believe the 535/435 use the same glass.

Is it for a D-21 or a film camera?

If you don't have any luck tracking one down try Shurco Tool Company.
They were cheaper than Arriflex & could pencil any frames we wanted plus the title and/or DP name from time to time.
