If you are using the Red you not only have a great light meter built into the camera, but you also have a great Anti flicker detector...

What flicker issue,(Light source,frame rate etc) you are trying to correct?
 
I'm not trying to correct anything at the moment. Its just a tool that I want in my gaffer toolbelt. Thanks
