Thanks John, but I'm looking for the opposite, he he, I already have reserved my two Epic-X stage 2, but need an R1's to upgrade to the MX, and looking to see if I can get one with the Epic-X still available, but not just the Epic-X stage.

Doesn't stage 2 or 3 allow you to keep one of your Red cameras? and you can upgrade it. This is what I intend to do, if not going to Alexa, one upgrade and buying an Epic with keeping my red one and the second Red make a trade in deal for an Epic. This will end with two Epics and one upgraded Red one for some $34K.
Yes, i also thinking of the Alexa. I have always been an Arriflex man, doing thousands of days with its cameras since the 1980's. Started back with BL2 and BL16.
I do think they will come back with their Alexa and to the up scale market.

Only stage 2 David, stage 3 you turn in the R1, but both of my R1's are leased out till March 2011 to pay for the loan.

So I'm looking during this last few days to close a deal with some one, looking to go with Scarlet, and selling their R1 with the Epic upgrade path.
