Writing a Reality TV Treatment

I need to write a treatment for a reality TV show and I was wondering if any of you have any good resources/links/contacts that might help answer the tons of questions that I have for writing a treatment for reality TV.

Its not for Fox, so unfortunately my sleeping with the executive there didn't get me very far.
