What's the difference between the three models? Is one more durable than the other? Are there more/less features from one to another?

The CF weapon has a more powerful processor card in it allowing it to accept an 8k sensor when it is available. Woven and Forged are pretty much the same, although the Forged jumps the line. Forged is technically stronger, but its not likely that you'll ever need a stronger camera.

The Magnesium version can not accept 8k sensor, and weighs more than the CF versions.

Both carbon versions - forged or woven - have the faster boards that can support 8K (as well as higher precision LUTs, higher data rates, etc). The Magnesium Weapons are slightly heavier, but the meaningful difference is that the Mg Weapons have lower spec internal boards that are not able to handle 8K. As Jarred and Brent both mentioned, you can upgrade a Mg Weapon to 8K, but you would have to pay for the board upgrade AND the 8K sensor. With either carbon flavor, you only have to pay for the 8K sensor as the boards are ready.

It seems a lot of folks got the materials difference confused with the processing power difference - probably because the materials difference was the reason for the cost jump on Epic. In Weapon world, both Mg and CF are relatively expensive lightweight materials with the key differentiator being the internal boards.

Another factor of the faster boards in the CF woven/forged bodies is their ability to record simultaneous 2k ProRes files up to 120fps (vs max 60fps on Mg body), as well as 4k ProRes up to 29.97fps (whereas Mg cannot record ProRes at 4k resolution).

it's a minor point but the Forged price includes all of the various flavors of standard OLPF - STH, LLO, and Standard. regular CF just comes with the Standard installed. I imagine it's the same for Magnesium, but I'm not totally confident on that point.
