  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Worst Recent Films Lists (You know what to do)

Sex in the City.

Although I suppose saying I hate it is also admitting I watched it, so I'm going to change that to:

Crank 2!

Recently left the theater wishing I had my couple of hours back on:

Paranormal Activity - Nothing scary about it and I'm a fan of anything afterlife.

The Book of Eli - Got tired of the "bleached" look quickly and the typical tough guy whips 8 guys at the same time because they take turns attacking didn't help. The story was lame. Sorry to anyone here who may have worked on that one. I know it was shot on Red. I wanted to enjoy it.

I didn't bother with Paranormal Activity, so can't comment. Based on what I know about it, I'd say I saved myself from flushing two hours of my life.

As for Book of Eli, I have to agree. I so wanted to like that movie and just couldn't. :-(

I watched that Buffalo Bill Star Trek Generations review... HAHAHAHHAHAHA. lmao.

I can't wait for that guy to do more reviews. I guess he's working on Attack of the Clones next?

THE ROOM!

The worst best movie ever made!

You're tearing me apart, Lisa!

It's screening out here for the first time, and I'm running, not walking, to the box office. But not because I think it's any good :)

Crank 2 is definitely up there; Battlestar Galactica: The Plan was a huge waste of my time; but I would have to put Meet The Spartans on the pedestal.

most of the movies mentioned here I have never even heard of. I loved Magnolia though. Me and my friends found Moulin Rouge so stupid, when I woke up and found them wanting to leave, we left the cinema, halfway the movie

Let's add Costner's Waterworld and The Postman. Bad films with carbon-copy villains.

On my list of never-watch-again films.

Imagine how many good, low budget films could have been made with all that cash.

Yeah, I agree I get ill everytime I see that movie, thinking about how many indie people could have had projects on that money. I refuse to watch any Cosner film because of that. Paranormal Activity is another of the worst movies, I have seen very few movies that manage to make sure that you are fast forwarding wondering "ok...anything happening yet....anything...anything....PLEASEEEE DAMMIT ANYTHING!!!.."

Then wow....Paranormal Activity ...that was really good....marketing.

Some movies listed here I have never seen, nor will I ever attempt to see them. "Date Movie", "Meet the Spartans", WTF??? People actually expected any entertainment from those? Really?

Well, the trailer for Meet the Spartans was actually pretty hilarious... It just turned out that those three minutes were the only funny parts in the whole film. It was actually pretty painful to watch after a while.

* Speed -- Yeah, it's an older one, but it's also in the running for "Worst movie ever made".

What? I love that movie! Sure it has some crappy acting, but it's a pretty fun movie to watch if you don't take it too seriously.

The Sum Of All Fears (A real letdown considering how much I enjoyed the book)

Ditto on that. I don't know who directed it but he was clueless. If you listen to the Director's Commentary with Tom Clancy it's hilarious.

On screen: Russians see Stealth Bomber squadron on radar.

Clancy "You know why they call them Stealth Bombers? 'Cause you can't see them on radar".

Clancy had 5 or 6 digs like that in the commentary. It's just hilarious.
