Workshop Recommendations?

My work is looking into a budget for upskilling. So in light of paid training, just wanted to reach out to my fellow RED users and see if you guys had any recommends.

Where??:: Classes to take here in the LA area or online (besides Lynda/masterclass).

What??:: Classes you felt that really helped, integral, increased your knowledge or process in the art of filmmaking/editing/coloring/lighting/cinematography/. etc.
