WOODEN CAMERA D-BOX HELP NEEDED

Does anyone have experience using the WC d-box? I've just bought one (brand new) and it's not powering the camera through the base expander, it works if connected straight to the brain, but not with the base expander. I double checked and WC says it can be used with the base expander. I've updated the firmware on the d-box using the micro sd card, the camera firmware is also up-to-date. DSMC2 Dragon 6k. The base expander works fine with the red v mount module so the connections are all being made properly.

Would really appreciate some help on this, not best pleased if this is faulty as they are not cheap!

As mentioned I've already updated the d-box firmware. I've actually tried 3 times and it makes no difference. Also re flashed the red firmware 7.4.1 which it was already running. I've now spoken to WC and they want to take it for repair but could take 2 weeks.

I'm just going to return it to CVP and buy something else.
