  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Wishing Lucas well

I hope you have a complete and speedy recovery Lucas.

Met you at RED day Lucas... it was a pleasure... hope that you make a full recovery and back up and running doing what you love best.

get well soon!!!

Lucas,

All the teasing aside ... If you read this you should know hearing this news was a sad shock and a glad relief that you made it through!

Its not your time to die...And that is Very Good.

God Bless & Take Care of Yourself!

Nick.

Positive vibes sent, Luki.

Get Well Soon Lucas. Assimilate needs you ...

Thanks for the kind wishes everyone...

I was at the gym of all places, and had the stereotypical vicious chest pain radiating down the arm. I avoided open heart surgery and a bypass by a very very small margin, and spent a total of 5 days in the hospital, three of them with a ballon inflator pump in my aorta. During that time, I couldn't raise/bend my right leg, or raise my head. For those of you who know what a calm, static, and zen-like person I am, you can imagine my joy. Thank god for Morphine and Xanax.

Considering all the friends and relatives I've had (bad family history) who have passed away from heart attacks, I feel very lucky and fortunate to still be able to see and enjoy the friends and family around me. I'm on pretty limited "e-time" so you won't see me here quite as often for a few weeks.

Sadly, I shall have to cut back on my beloved ribs, spicy pork skins, and Fatburger visits. : )

Thanks again all...

Lucas

Lucas,

Good to hear you're back!

Switch to fish eating!

Gad to hear you're doing well Lucas! My father just had a heart attack as well two weeks ago, so we have been going through something similar. My thoughts go out to you and your family, I hope your recovery is speedy!

Cheers,
Seth.

Lucas, just saw this. Man, caught me by surprise. I'm glad to see you pulled through this, and I hope you can defy the family history and stay healthy for a long time. It won't be the same without your posting regularly around here, but you've got more important things to do now. Spend time with your family and friends and know you have a lot of friends pulling for you here as well.
