When I hit the "run" button on the T.H.C. it starts recording and then immediately stops recording. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Yes, do you have the RED or ET version? You need to set the motor driver's start/stop protocol to RED EPIC. And make sure your SYNC settings on the camera are General Purpose IN/OUT

How do you have your SYNC settings setup?

set it to Epic. Plugged into the sync from the WMD.

Make sure you watch the setup videos if you haven't already. If you're still having issues with the trigger, contact DIY film tools and they should get you sorted out.

You need to still set the Sync settings in the RED itself to General Purpose IN/OUT.
